Bilingual Customer Experience Associate

To support a growing member base, the part-time Bilingual Customer Experience Associate will conduct high-volume outreach via phone, text, and email to new and existing members, ensuring increased enrollment and program completion rates while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Conduct daily outreach and respond to inbound tickets, maintaining a high phone answer rate Act as a central point of contact for customer inquiries regarding Bold's offerings Achieve and maintain a customer satisfaction score of 92% or higher Required qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in a customer support role Experience with CRM and customer service tools, such as Insightly and HubSpot Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with empathy and active listening Experience interacting with older adults in a relevant capacity Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage a high volume of work
