Bilingual Consumer Support Specialist EN/FR - Remote

Elevation Connect is on the lookout for a Consumer Support Representative (Bilingual English & Canadian French) to deliver a superior customer experience from home across the United States. The CSR will accurately answer, document, and escalate consumer inquiries via phone, email, voicemail, and other channels, ensuring timely responses and adherence to client SOPs.

The ideal candidate has 2 years in a contact center, experience in Consumer Packaged Goods, and excellent communication.
