Key responsibilities: Communicate with companies to obtain necessary project information and verify document requests Perform thorough reviews and analyses of project questionnaires, budgets, and insurance policies Prepare project approval summaries and manage the loan application pipeline within allotted turn times Required qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 5 years' residential mortgage processing experience Proficient in DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook, Salesforce, and Windows Excellent math and analytical skills Strong prioritization and time management abilities
