Bilingual Collections Representative

To support the growing demand for vehicle financing solutions, the full-time Bilingual Collections Representative will manage customer accounts, facilitate collections, and provide exceptional service in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to ensure timely collections and resolve outstanding balances Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish to facilitate payment arrangements Document all interactions and maintain accurate records of customer communications and payment statuses Required qualifications Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish Experience in collections or customer service roles Strong understanding of financial products and services Ability to work independently in a remote setting High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or business is a plus
