Bilingual Clinical Training Specialist (Remote / Field Based)

For our client, we are seeking a Bilingual Clinical Training Specialist (Remote / Field Based) to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will focus on delivering bilingual clinical training and patient education in a remote and field-based setting. You will partner closely with sales and field leadership to coordinate training activity, support provider engagement, and strengthen patient retention through timely follow-up. The position blends clinical expertise, education delivery, and cross-functional communication to help expand adoption of the company's diabetes care solutions.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000+ annually

Responsibilities

• Promote and support the company's insulin management system to patients and healthcare providers.
• Conduct a minimum of 20 training sessions per week, both in person and virtually.
• Communicate updates and progress with regional and district sales leadership.
• Assist in organizing educational events and support groups for patients.
• Evaluate and recommend certified trainers for the field education program.
• Initiate follow-up with patients within 30 days to support retention.
• Provide product demonstrations to healthcare professionals and patients.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• 2+ years of clinical experience, preferably with diabetes management.
• Professional credentials such as CDCES, RD, RN, or PharmD required.
• Valid driver's license required.
