Bilingual Clinical Pharmacist

To support a growing healthcare technology company, the temp-to-hire Bilingual Clinical Pharmacist will engage with patients and providers over the phone to optimize medication therapy, conduct medication reviews, and deliver clinical services while working remotely in a full-time capacity. Key responsibilities Engaging patients to deliver clinical services, including Medication Therapy Management and adherence counseling Reviewing and documenting patient data in the software platform while preparing reports on patient care Coaching Clinical Care team members and supporting the orientation of new Virtual Pharmacist users Required qualifications Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited college/university Licensed Pharmacist in good standing, with bilingual fluency in English and either Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese Knowledge of chronic disease states and medication management across multiple therapeutic areas Experience with CMS quality measures and metrics-driven environments Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace and comfort with collaboration tools
