Providing high-level customer service, the full-time remote Bilingual Client Services Representative will support transactions from application submission to loan contract verification and funding while assisting both merchants and consumers with their inquiries. Key responsibilities Process consumer loan application information and provide decision responses from underwriting Verify loan contracts and escalate any issues promptly to supervisors Assist clients with troubleshooting the UCFS Application Portal and ensure timely follow-up on scheduled callbacks Required qualifications High school diploma or GED Call center or customer service experience preferred Fluency in Spanish is required Experience with data entry, maintaining an accuracy rate of 95% or above Strong service skills and a desire to assist customers effectively
