Working remotely, the full-time Bilingual Client Retention Specialist will educate clients on financial hardship programs, empathize with and deescalate upset clients, and utilize a CRM system to manage client interactions while focusing on retaining clients within the program. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive information about financial hardship debt programs to clients Display empathy and active listening to deescalate upset clients and address their concerns Utilize the CRM system to maintain accurate records and assess clients' financial situations Required Qualifications Bilingual in Spanish is required Experience in retention, sales, or collections is required High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes Proficiency with a Client Relationship Management (CRM) system
