To support a growing telehealth initiative, the remote Bilingual Cardiac Exercise Physiologist will work with patients to implement and review exercise plans aimed at improving cardiovascular health, dedicating 20-40 hours per week as a contractor. Key responsibilities Review patient health information and set exercise goals Implement and evaluate exercise plans for older adults with cardiovascular issues via telehealth Lead group exercise sessions and collaborate with the clinical operations team to update programs Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in exercise physiology, kinesiology, or sports medicine Minimum of 2 years of experience as an exercise physiologist or trainer focused on cardiovascular health ACSM or AACVPR Certification is required Bilingual in English and Spanish is mandatory Dependable, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented with a positive personality
