Bilingual Cantonese Psychologist (PhD)

Apply doctoral-level psychology expertise in Cantonese and English to help evaluate and improve AI systems through rigorous, culturally informed real-world input. This remote contract role focuses on psychological case analysis, assessment quality, ethical practice, and clear cross-language communication. Prior AI experience is not required.

• Analyze psychological case studies and documentation, providing nuanced feedback grounded in professional experience.
• Create culturally sensitive psychological scenarios and materials in Cantonese and English for data enrichment and model training.
• Assess AI-generated content for accuracy, ethical considerations, and alignment with psychological best practices.
• Interpret and refine psychological assessments while maintaining meaning across languages and cultural contexts.
• Partner with interdisciplinary collaborators to support effective, holistic solutions for diverse user needs.
• Document evaluation methods and findings clearly and systematically to support transparency and reproducibility.

• PhD in Psychology with demonstrated experience in both clinical and academic settings.
• Native or near-native fluency in Cantonese and English, including the ability to work with complex psychological terminology in both languages.
• Experience developing or evaluating psychological case studies and assessments.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking ability, sound ethical decision-making, and cultural sensitivity in multicultural settings.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly when translating nuanced psychological concepts between Cantonese and English.
• Comfort using digital tools for remote collaboration and documentation.
