Key Responsibilities Responds to customer inquiries, delivering accurate and timely information across multiple communication channels Clarifies and resolves customer issues by identifying needs, determining root causes, and implementing effective solutions Documents all interactions in the CRM system and adheres to quality standards and key performance indicators (KPIs) Required Qualifications H.S.
