Fluently bilingual in English and Spanish, the full-time Bilingual Benefits Call Center Representative will assist customers with retirement-related inquiries and benefits information while managing a high volume of inbound calls in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Answer inbound calls related to employee and retiree annuity benefits, providing accurate information and resolutions Manage call volume effectively while navigating multiple systems and maintaining attention to detail Deliver a professional and empathetic customer experience, adhering to guidelines and performance expectations Required qualifications Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking both English and Spanish Previous customer service and/or call center experience Experience with healthcare, employer benefits, or retirement/annuity benefits preferred High school diploma, GED, or college degree Successful completion of a background check and must be 18 years of age or older
