Our programs deeply engage in conversations and training on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion to bring equity and justice to the youth and families we serve.ResponsibilitiesMaintain caseload of 3-6 clientsMeet with clients and caregivers on a regular basis to provide time-limited, individualized, and behaviorally focused mental health support services to youth and their families to further treatment goals and ensure successful transition of clients and their familiesCollaborate with the treatment team members to provide crisis intervention and mental health servicesCultivate relationships and maintain communication with all treatment team members including participation in treatment reviews, IEP meetings, and other client related meetingsCoordinate and implement overall services and treatment for assigned clients, including assessment, treatment planning, evaluation of progress, and terminationComplete treatment plans, functional behavioral assessments, progress notes, monthly reports, and other required documentation accurately and in a timely mannerMaintain accurate and complete client charts and records to county and agency standardsParticipate in weekly individual and group supervision and all program meetings and trainingsMaintain accurate paperwork including but not limited to time sheets and mileage reimbursementQualificationsRequiredEducation/Experience requirements: Bachelor's degree OR Associate's degree or equivalent + 1 year of applicable experience OR High School Diploma/GED + 2 years of applicable experience.
