To support a growing live answering service, the part-time Bilingual Answering Service Agent will manage incoming calls, utilize specialized software to gather and relay information, and interact with callers in a professional manner while working remotely. Key responsibilities Answer calls and take messages using a computer and Apello's software Determine the appropriate information to collect from callers and how to relay messages to clients Provide information to callers as directed while maintaining a courteous and helpful demeanor Required qualifications Fluent in both Spanish and English Typing speed of 35+ words per minute Previous experience in customer service preferred High school diploma preferred, but high-performing high school students may be considered Ability to work one weekend day every week and some holidays
