Sun distributes produce locally, internationally and services the cruise industry.The Account Receivable Clerk- Bilingual secures revenue by verifying and posting receipts and resolving discrepancies.Job Description:Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.Posts revenues by verifying and entering transactions form local deposits.Updates receivables by totaling unpaid invoices.Maintains records of payments.Minimum Requirements:High School, AA- degree in Accounting preferredMust be Bilingual to speak English and SpanishAbility to maintain organized work areaMust have excellent data entry skillsMust possess general math skillsAble to analyze information and pays attention to detailGeneral accounting experience required.
