Audit bike build data for accuracy.Help support bike building, picking, packing, down stocking, manifesting, kitting and warehouse special projects when needed.Promote a clean, efficient, safe and organized work environment by maintaining bike build area, tool inventory, safety equipment and packaging supplies.Meets or exceeds daily productivity and quality standards: 90=% efficiency, <5% rejection rate.Preferred QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentExperience leading and managing teamsBicycle knowledge and expertise to perform repairs on modern, high-end bicycles including suspension, hydraulic disc brakes, and electronic shiftingPC and Microsoft Office savvyAbility to work an 10-hour shift standing upAbility to lift/move 30-70 lbs. regularly throughout shiftSolid written and verbal communication skillsWilling to invest in personal growth through on-the-job training and educationEnergetic, enthusiastic, positive attitudeBicycle mechanic trade school or bike shop experience is a plusSkills/AbilitiesAdaptability - Demonstrates flexibility with change.Organization – Effectively manages time and the workspace.
