Role Overview

Apply your legal expertise to help train next-generation AI systems through high-quality analysis, research, drafting, and structured feedback. This remote contract opportunity is designed for attorneys with experience at one or more Vault Law 100 firms and exposure to sophisticated, high-stakes legal matters. No prior AI experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal analysis across a range of U.S. law topics and provide nuanced guidance.
• Perform in-depth legal research to support project objectives using current, accurate information.
• Draft, review, and edit legal materials, including memoranda, opinions, contracts, and related documents.
• Evaluate legal content for clarity, accuracy, consistency, and alignment with legal best practices.
• Provide structured feedback on legal texts and identify errors, ambiguities, and inconsistencies.
• Collaborate remotely with multidisciplinary contributors to refine deliverables and address complex legal scenarios.
• Maintain rigorous quality standards through careful, detail-oriented review of all submissions.

Qualifications

• Mandatory current or prior experience at one or more Vault Law 100 firms.
• Strong legal analysis, legal research, and legal drafting capabilities across varied legal subjects.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience reviewing legal content.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in remote, multidisciplinary settings.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, precision, accuracy, and commitment to legal best practices.
• An active license to practice law, strong academic credentials, and experience across varied practice areas are preferred.
• Experience with quality assurance and rubric-based evaluation of legal documents is a plus.

Work Terms

• Remote contract engagement.

Compensation

• $140 to $400 per hour.
