Role Overview

Apply your legal expertise to help train next-generation AI systems through high-quality, real-world legal analysis, research, drafting, and feedback. This remote contract opportunity is designed for attorneys with experience at one or more Vault Law 100 firms and exposure to sophisticated, high-stakes legal matters. No prior AI experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive analysis across a range of U.S. law topics and provide nuanced guidance.
• Perform in-depth legal research to support project objectives using current, accurate information.
• Draft, review, and edit legal materials, including memoranda, opinions, contracts, and related documents.
• Provide structured feedback on legal texts for clarity, accuracy, and alignment with legal best practices.
• Collaborate remotely with multidisciplinary teams to refine deliverables and address complex legal scenarios.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, and ambiguities as part of legal-content quality assurance.
• Maintain exceptionally high standards of precision and attention to detail in all submissions.

Qualifications

• Mandatory current or prior experience at one or more Vault Law 100 firms.
• Active license to practice law and strong academic credentials.
• Experience handling varied practice areas and sophisticated legal matters at a top-tier U.S. law firm.
• Demonstrated strength in legal analysis, legal research, and legal drafting across multiple legal subjects.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including legal content review experience.
• Proven ability to collaborate remotely and contribute to multidisciplinary projects.
• Experience with quality assurance and rubric-based evaluation of legal documents is a plus.
• Commitment to accuracy, precision, and legal best practices.

Work Terms

• Remote, contract engagement.

Compensation

• $140 to $400 per hour.
