Teller SupervisorReports To: Senior Branch ManagerResponsibilities:Coaching the Teller staff to capitalize on cross-selling opportunities, and the process of referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen customer relationships and strengthen internal partnerships.Maintaining knowledge and educating team on all products, services, technology and policies.Managing the operations of the Teller line and ensuring adherence to all operations, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.Pursues personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for this position.Assists with hiring, supervising, motivating, and communicating with TellerDeals with customer correspondence, complaints and inquiries.May manage a Teller line as the only Supervisor, or may operate as a larger team in multiple locations.Provide operational assistance to the Branch Manager, Branch Officer, Senior Branch Manager, or Regional Branch Manager.Operate a Teller drawer.
