Bi-Vocational Youth Director

First Baptist Church of Rochelle is actively seeking a part‑time or bi‑vocational youth director with the desire and commitment to disciple and build relationships with our future church leaders. Requirements of the youth director include:

• Have a calling from God into the youth ministry.
• Have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
• Have prior Bible teaching and/or small group leadership.
• Have a desire to invest in the lives of current and future students.
• Have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to pass a background check and DMV check.
• Be supportive of all church activities by reasonable participation and cooperation.
• Will lead under the general supervision of the senior pastor.
• Will lead and facilitate all youth group activities, including: Sunday at 6pm and Wednesday at 7pm.
• Will be expected to plan, coordinate, and participate in monthly student activities and annual trips.
• Be in agreement with the BF&M 2000.

The position will require approximately 20 hours per week with a salary of $25,000 per year.
