Key responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain intuitive, interactive Tableau dashboards that deliver actionable insights Optimize dashboard performance and conduct user feedback sessions to improve design Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize certified semantic data models for analytics solutions Required qualifications: Six or more years of experience in UI/UX design, business intelligence development, data visualization, and analytics Proven experience designing intuitive dashboards and applying data storytelling and UX/UI principles Strong skills in optimizing Tableau performance and writing SQL queries Bachelor's degree in data analytics, computer science, information systems, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience Experience mentoring or providing technical guidance to analysts or project teams is preferred
