Bi-Lingual Field Supervisor (CNA/HHA/DCW)Location: Wilkes-Barre, PA (Field-Based Role) Coverage Area: Bradford, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Monroe, Pike, Sullivan, Susquehanna, Wayne, and Wyoming Counties Compensation: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour (Bi-weekly Pay + Mileage Reimbursement) Employment Type: Full Time – Hourly Reports To: Administrative Team – Familiar Roads Home HealthcarePosition OverviewFamiliar Roads Home Healthcare is seeking a Bi-Lingual Field Supervisor (English/Spanish) with CNA, HHA, or DCW credentials to support and oversee in-home caregivers across Northeastern Pennsylvania.This is a field-based position primarily serving clients and caregivers in Bradford, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Monroe, Pike, Sullivan, Susquehanna, Wayne, and Wyoming Counties. The Field Supervisor may reside in any of these counties and will travel throughout the region. Base location is Wilkes-Barre, PA.As a key member of our leadership team, the Field Supervisor ensures that quality, compassionate care is delivered to all clients and that caregivers receive the training, guidance, and oversight needed to succeed in the field.ResponsibilitiesConduct field visits to observe caregiver performance and ensure care plan complianceSupervise and support DCWs, HHAs, and CNAs across multiple countiesTrain and onboard new caregivers and conduct periodic in-service sessionsServe as liaison between clients, families, and office staffRespond to client concerns or incidents and ensure timely resolutionProvide real-time coverage or backup when staff call outComplete caregiver evaluations and maintain documentation in accordance with state requirementsParticipate in weekly team check-ins and assist with case coordination as neededQualifications (Required)1+ year of experience in caregiving (CNA, HHA, or DCW certification required)Must be bilingual in English and SpanishSupervisory or team lead experience in home care strongly preferredValid driver's license and reliable transportation requiredAbility to work independently and travel across multiple countiesOrganized, professional, and passionate about supporting caregivers and clientsCPR certification preferredBenefits$17.00 – $19.00 per hour (based on experience)Bi-weekly payMileage reimbursementFlexible schedulingHealth, dental, and vision insuranceLife insurance and paid time off (PTO)Ongoing professional developmentSign-on bonus availableServe clients under UPMC, Keystone First, and PA Health & WellnessHow to ApplyReady to take the next step in your career?
