Location: Remote; Austin, TX local candidates only, with 1 day/month onsite

Seeking a BI Lead Developer with 10+ years of BI/Analytics experience and strong Wealth Management, Financial Services, or Banking domain expertise.
Must Have:
• Advanced Tableau data sources, extracts, governed/certified publishing
• Strong SQL & Python
• Hands-on Databricks / Lakehouse
• Data Modeling Star Schema, SCD, grain definition
• Semantic Layer, Data Governance & RLS
• BI Strategy, Roadmap & Self-Service Analytics
• Data Engineering collaboration
• Strong VP/C-Suite stakeholder management
• Finance, Product & Revenue Operations analytics
• BI team leadership while remaining hands-on technically
