Collaborating with business stakeholders, the full-time BI Developer will build and optimize complex reports and dashboards, transforming data into actionable insights while ensuring data integrity and performance in a healthcare-focused environment. Key responsibilities Develop, maintain, and optimize BI dashboards and reports using Sigma Computing and Snowflake Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable reporting solutions Analyze data to deliver actionable insights that support business decision-making Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or reporting Strong expertise in Snowflake, including data modeling and query optimization Advanced SQL skills with experience in large, complex datasets Hands-on experience with Sigma Computing for dashboard development; familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker is a plus Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and cloud data platforms, preferably Azure
