Bga Re-work AssemblerSan Jose, CAAbout the job: FULL-TIME/TEMPORARY (POSSIBILITY FOR PERMANENT)Job Function: As a BGA Re-work Assembler you will be responsible for reworking PCBAs and components, a variety of duties in accordance with their training, experience, and skills. You will directly report to the Manufacturing Manager.QualificationsEducation: High school diploma or GED equivalent and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a contract manufacturing environmentLanguage: English proficiency is required, Mandarin proficiency is a plus.SkillsSkilled at removing parts from PCBA and solder equipmentSkilled at hand soldering including jumper wiresGreat verbal and written communication skillsRead and understand work orders ad manufacturing work instructionsAccuracy for documentationEffectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employeesCommon sense to solve practical problemsResponsibilitiesReview daily rework schedule with manufacturing supervisorPerform repair to PCB's based on daily scheduleValidating material and required documentation for work ordersMay train new hires on SOPs, etc.Other duties assigned or neededMaintain courteous, professional, and effective working relationships with employees at all levels of the organizationFoxconn Assembly, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
