BGA Rework Technician Day

#Tech-Pro-Admin-01 BGA Rework AssemblerLocation: San Jose, CA Job Type: Full-Time | Temporary with Potential for Permanent HireWe are seeking a skilled BGA Rework Assembler to join a fast-paced electronics manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience repairing and reworking printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs), performing precision soldering, and following detailed manufacturing procedures to ensure high-quality products.ResponsibilitiesPerform BGA and PCBA rework and repair according to work instructions and production schedules.Remove and replace electronic components using appropriate soldering and rework equipment.Perform hand soldering, including installation of jumper wires when required.Review work orders and verify materials before beginning repairs.Accurately complete production and repair documentation.Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and safety guidelines.Assist with training new team members as needed.Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.1–2+ years of experience in an electronics or contract manufacturing environment.Experience with BGA rework, PCB/PCBA repair, and component replacement.Strong hand soldering and desoldering skills.Ability to read and interpret work orders, manufacturing instructions, and technical documentation.Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.Good verbal and written communication skills.Mandarin language skills are a plus but not required.Preferred SkillsExperience with SMT and through-hole component rework.Familiarity with electronics manufacturing processes and quality standards.Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.If you have experience in electronics manufacturing and PCB rework and are looking for an opportunity to grow with a leading manufacturing organization, we encourage you to apply.
