Responsibilities
- The Beverage Specialist is a certified crew member who specializes in the preparation of beverages according to company standards.
- Deliver high quality drinks with accuracy, speed, and attention to presentation while maintaining a clean and organized beverage station.
- Perform all crew duties including providing excellent guest service.
- Work as part of the team, follow procedures, maintain food safety standards, and demonstrate reliability through punctuality and professionalism.
- Assist with general duties: connect with customers to ensure a positive experience, help customers order, prepare all McDonald's World Famous Food, partner with crew and managers to meet daily goals, and help keep the restaurant looking phenomenal.
- Operate part‑time or full‑time shifts including breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends as needed.
