Job Title & Summary
Master Beverage Crafter with an independent McDonald’s Franchisee. We are hiring driven Crew Members- Beverage Specialist.
Responsibilities
- Work part-time or full-time across breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends.
- Prepare beverages per McDonald’s company standards.
- Deliver high-quality drinks with accuracy, speed, and presentation while keeping the beverage station clean.
- Perform all crew duties – excellent guest service, teamwork, procedure adherence, food-safety compliance, and punctual, professional reliability.
- Connect with customers to ensure a positive experience.
- Help customers order their favorite McDonald’s meals.
- Prepare all of McDonald’s World Famous Food.
- Partner with other crew and managers to meet daily goals and have fun.
- Keep the restaurant looking phenomenal.
