Oversee daily beverage operations across all club bars, dining outlets, and private event spaces
Manage beverage inventory, purchasing, costing, and vendor relationships to maintain profitability
Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and service standards for all wine, spirits, craft cocktails, and beer programs
Train, lead, and schedule bar staff while ensuring compliance with state liquor laws and sanitation standards
Assist in designing innovative cocktail menus, curated wine lists, and special event beverage pairings
Beverage Manager Qualifications:
