Finance ManagerThe Finance Manager will be responsible for managing all financial and state documentation. The Finance Manager position plays a vital role within our Auto Group by providing knowledge and support to our finance department. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the financial growth and success of our company.Essential DutiesMeet dealership sales and F&I goalsMaintain high Customer Satisfaction Survey scoresExplain features, advantages, and benefits regarding options best suited for our customersProcesses loan/titling and miscellaneous documents efficiently and in compliance with government agenciesMaintain great lender relationshipsClearly explains all aspects of a customer's purchase and vehicle protections ensuring 100% satisfactionEnsuring compliance with privacy laws and regulations, as well as company policies and proceduresCreating and maintaining a program with the sales department that will ensure all new sales are referred to the finance departmentPrioritizing and managing multiple tasks and deadlinesUnderstanding and complying with federal, state, and local regulations that affect the new and used vehicle and finance departmentsCustomer Service ProfessionalCollection of Contracts in TransitAll other duties as assignedQualificationsOrganizational skillsExcellent verbal skillsProven track record of high CSI and profitabilityAdhere to company policies and procedures, as well as implement and maintain processesReynolds and Reynolds experience is a plusEducation and/or ExperienceHigh school or equivalent (Required)Minimum of 3 years in dealership experiencePhysical Requirements & Work EnvironmentWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or listen.
