Testing AnalystAs a Testing Analyst you will work closely with the Human Capital Management Project Team to help build a high quality bug-free solution.ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and understand testing scope and system specificationsUnderstand functional requirements, specifications, and documented test plans, cases, and stepsUnderstand expected outcomes for each of the test casesExecute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze resultsCreate logs and issues to document testing defects (in Jira application)Document/report testing bugs and errors and follow-up with IT for closureMaintain records of test data / data valuesRequirementsBachelor’s degree in related field required or other related field or a minimum of 3 years Benefits experience or equivalent combination of experience and training.
