Providing compassionate support, the full-time Benefits Support Associate will assist beneficiaries by answering inquiries, guiding them through options, and managing inbound calls while performing back-office administrative tasks in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage a consistent volume of inbound calls, offering resolutions and navigating multiple systems Assist beneficiaries in understanding their options during sensitive life transitions with empathy and clarity Perform administrative tasks such as processing claims and filing paperwork as needed Required qualifications Previous customer service and/or call center experience Experience supporting employee benefits or working in a benefits call center Background in health and welfare benefits or similar support roles is preferred High school diploma or GED Successful completion of a background check and drug test
