Benefits Strategy & Administration Lead - NA

Alfa Laval is seeking a North America Benefits Partner to oversee end-to-end benefits administration across the United States and Canada. You will manage health, welfare and retirement programs, ensure compliance, and lead the annual Open Enrollment while partnering with HR, Payroll, and external vendors.

The role requires collaboration with HR Business Partners and leaders, cross-border knowledge, and a strong focus on data integrity and communication with employees.
