A People-Focused Remote Opportunity
We’re seeking individuals who are comfortable working with people and interested in building their skills in a fully virtual environment. The position focuses on assisting working families with benefit information, answering questions, and providing support throughout the enrollment process.
You’ll communicate directly with members by phone and video, learn about their circumstances, and help them navigate available life, accident, and supplemental benefit options.
No previous industry experience is necessary. Training begins when you join and continues as you develop in the position.
The Member Experience
Your role begins when a member needs information or assistance. From there, you’ll help make the process simple and easy to understand.
Connect
Speak with members through incoming calls, follow-up conversations, and scheduled virtual appointments.
Understand
Ask questions and listen carefully to identify the member’s priorities, needs, and concerns.
Educate
Review available benefit programs and explain important information, eligibility requirements, and available options.
Assist
Help members complete applications, enrollment materials, and other required digital documentation.
Follow Through
Answer additional questions, provide updates when needed, and make sure outstanding items are addressed.
Stay Current
Participate in training and work alongside experienced team members to remain knowledgeable about program changes, procedures, and service standards.
