Supporting the administration of member life, health, and employee benefits programs, the full-time Member Benefits Services Analyst will track and analyze data, prepare reports, and assist with proposals and renewals while working onsite in Omaha, NE. Key responsibilities Track, analyze, and prepare internal and carrier reports, including monthly and annual meeting comparison materials Support new and renewal business by analyzing current plans, RFPs, proposals, and securing pricing Build and maintain productive relationships with clients, carriers, and internal partners to ensure high-quality service delivery Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required 3-5 years of business or financial experience Working knowledge of group benefits across multiple product lines CEBS or REBC designation and/or Accident and Health license preferred High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
