Position Overview
As a Remote Sales Representative, you will connect with clients through virtual appointments to learn about their needs, review available benefit options, and guide them through the enrollment process. You will also assist existing clients with coverage updates, questions, and ongoing service.
This position is well suited for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates confidently, and is comfortable managing their responsibilities independently in a remote setting.
Responsibilities
Conduct virtual appointments with prospective and existing clients.
Learn about each client's needs and recommend suitable benefit options.
Contact clients to arrange and confirm virtual meetings.
Clearly explain available products, coverage options, and services.
Guide clients through enrollment and coverage updates.
Provide ongoing assistance and maintain positive client relationships.
Follow up with clients and maintain organized records.
Work toward established individual and team performance goals.
Participate in training, coaching, and professional development.
Work closely with leadership to strengthen client outreach and overall performance.
Qualifications
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role is preferred but not required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Professional and comfortable communicating with clients virtually.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and stay productive in a remote environment.
Motivated, reliable, and results-oriented.
Willingness to learn new products, processes, and technology.
