Benefits ManagerLocation: Fall River, WIPosition OverviewWe are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Benefits Manager to lead the design, administration, and continuous improvement of our employee benefits programs. This role ensures our offerings are competitive, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals while delivering an outstanding employee experience.Key ResponsibilitiesLead design and administration of benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, disability, life, retirement)Analyze plan performance and recommend enhancementsNegotiate with vendors and manage relationshipsEnsure compliance with ACA, ERISA, COBRA, and FMLAOversee enrollments, changes, and claims supportManage HRIS benefits data and reportingDevelop and monitor benefits budgetsLead employee communications including open enrollmentPartner with leadership on wellness and return-to-work programsQualifications• Strong knowledge of benefits administration and compliance• Analytical and strategic thinking skills• Leadership and project management experience• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Experience negotiating vendor contracts• Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft OfficeEducation & Experience• Bachelor's degree preferred in HR or related field• 3–7 years of benefits experience including self-funded plans• SHRM or CEBS certification preferredCompensationSalary based on experience
