Discover all the possibilities of a career at Northside today.ResponsibilitiesHas the primary responsibility for directing and coordinating the various benefits programs at Northside Hospital.QualificationsRequired:Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field.5-7 years of health and welfare benefits development/coordination/compliance experience, three of which must have been in a supervisory or management capacity.Expert level knowledge of benefits regulations and government reporting requirements.Experience in vendor management and benefits administration.Exceptional management, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state regulatory standards.Knowledge of various computer software applications.Preferred:Master's degree in Business AdministrationSPHR certificationCEBS certificationPrevious healthcare experience Manager, Benefits AdministrationWork Hours:8am-5pm
