Role Title: Benefits Integration Consultant
Duration: 6 month contract, potential extension to 1 year
Preferred Location: Remote supporting EST time zone. Must be willing to travel 1-2 times a quarter

Role Description
This is a techno-functional role focused on designing and supporting benefit plan integrations between ADP EV6 and external benefit providers (e.g., Fidelity, insurance carriers). The consultant will act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring accurate data exchange and compliance across benefit platforms.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal HR/payroll stakeholders and external benefit vendors to define integration requirements
- Design, document, and test integrations between ADP EV6 and third-party benefits platforms
- Map data between systems, ensure accuracy, and troubleshoot integration issues
- Support user acceptance testing and business validation of benefit data
- Coordinate with payroll and development teams to ensure alignment on technical delivery
- Provide subject matter expertise on benefit-related payroll processes and integrations
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in payroll or benefits systems integration
- Strong experience with ADP systems - EV6 or Global View preferred
- Proven experience in techno-functional roles, bridging business and technical teams
- Understanding of benefit plan structures and related compliance (401k, insurance, etc.)
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal oversight
Preferred
- Experience integrating with vendors such as Fidelity, insurance carriers, or other third-party benefit providers
- Familiarity with Workday or SAP GL environments as they relate to payroll processes
