In this remote position, you’ll work with individuals who are exploring available benefit programs. You’ll provide information, answer questions, assist with online enrollment, and help ensure each person receives professional support throughout the process.
You don’t need previous industry experience to get started. Structured training, ongoing coaching, and continued development are provided.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
Most client interactions take place through scheduled phone or video appointments. You’ll be responsible for:
Connecting with clients during scheduled virtual meetings
Learning about their questions, priorities, and needs
Reviewing available programs and explaining relevant information
Assisting with online applications and required paperwork
Providing answers and resolving basic client concerns
Following up when additional assistance is needed
Maintaining complete and organized digital records
Participating in virtual coaching and team meetings
