Benefits Enrollment Associate - No Experience Required (Charlotte) | $90,000-$140,000

Your morning starts with a list of confirmed appointments, a follow-up queue and notes from yesterday's conversations. The structure is built in so you can focus on the work.

A typical day includes:

• Confirming scheduled appointments and preparing for each client interaction
• Following up with prospects who have questions or need additional information
• Keeping accurate records of every conversation, update and next step
• Connecting clients with the right resources during the enrollment process
• Coordinating with your team to make sure nothing falls through the cracks

This contractor role offers training, ongoing support, and income potential tied to performance. You will learn the enrollment process through hands-on coaching, not just a manual. Your team and manager are available throughout the day to answer questions and help you improve.

No degree or prior experience is required. If you are organized, reliable and comfortable talking with people, you have what this role needs.

This is a full-time, on-site position in Charlotte, NC. Benefits include medical, dental and vision.
