Your Responsibilities
Connect with members by phone and through virtual appointments
Explain available benefits and answer coverage questions
Identify client needs and recommend suitable insurance options
Guide members through applications and enrollment
Keep accurate records and provide timely follow-up
Attend ongoing training and team coaching sessions
