One Agency is expanding its remote team and looking for motivated individuals to assist families with understanding and enrolling in available benefit programs. This is a fully remote opportunity designed for people who enjoy working with others, communicating clearly, and building long-term client relationships.
Position Overview
As a Benefits Enrollment Agent, you will meet with clients through scheduled virtual appointments to review their benefit needs, explain available options, answer questions, and assist with the enrollment process. You will also provide ongoing support to existing clients with benefit reviews, updates, and service requests.
No previous industry experience is required. Training, mentorship, and ongoing support are provided to help you learn the role and develop professionally.
Responsibilities
Conduct virtual appointments with prospective and existing clients
Learn about each client's needs and help identify suitable benefit options
Clearly explain available programs, coverage, and enrollment information
Guide clients through applications and enrollment
Respond to questions and provide ongoing client support
Follow up with clients regarding appointments and benefit reviews
Maintain accurate and organized client records
Participate in virtual training, coaching, and team meetings
Develop strong, professional relationships with clients
Work toward individual and team performance goals
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working with clients by phone and video
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Reliable, organized, and professional
Comfortable learning new technology and online systems
Previous customer service, sales, benefits, or client-facing experience is an asset but not required
Willingness to complete any licensing requirements associated with the position
