To support a growing team, the full-time remote Benefit Marketing Analyst will evaluate insurance contracts, develop marketing presentations, and collaborate with sales to drive strategic business goals while leveraging technology to optimize processes. Key responsibilities Evaluate current and proposed insurance contracts for competitiveness and viability of benefit packages Develop request for proposals (RFPs) and marketing presentations aligned with client objectives Maintain accurate records in client management systems and provide strategic analyses to support sales efforts Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, finance, insurance, or a related field preferred Minimum of 3 years of experience in group health and life insurance Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for evaluating carrier contracts Advanced Excel skills and experience with digital tools to optimize workflows Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment
