Job Duties

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Benefit Audit Support for a Remote position with a Major Healthcare Company located in Minneapolis, MN. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity.

Compensation: $23.00 - $25.00, W2, based on qualifications

Position Overview:

This position supports the Benefits Analysis & Testing (BAT) team during its peak season. The role focuses on auditing, validating, and testing PBM-related claims and benefit coding changes in a high-volume, ticket-based environment. The ideal candidate will leverage strong analytical and Excel skills to ensure healthcare and PBM-related system changes are accurate and claims adjudicate correctly.

  Analyze tickets submitted by internal teams

  Execute testing suites and macros

  Run trial claims against coding changes

  Validate claim adjudication outcomes

  Compare expected vs. actual system results

  Identify coding discrepancies and escalate issues back to coding teams

• n

  Conduct side-by-side comparisons and detailed data reviews

  n

• n

  Handle high-volume ticket workloads efficiently

Primary Requirements:

  PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) experience

  Claims adjudication experience

  Benefits coding experience

  Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables, running macros, and data comparison

  Experience using testing tools and database systems

  n

• n

  Ability to interpret testing results and validate outcomes
