CNC Rotary Tube Bending Machine OperatorKey Responsibilities:Ability to setup and run CNC rotary tube bending machines such as Soco, Eagle or Addison with limited supervision.Set-up and operate CNC rotary draw bending machine while conforming to manufacturing tolerancesSet-up and switch tooling of CNC rotary draw bending machine (Bend Di, Clamp Di, Wiper Di, Pressure Di, Mandrel, Collette, Stop Blocks)Program new post bends into CNC bending machineEnsure all tube assemblies meet strict quality and compliance standardsChecking drawings to work orders to ensure correct quantity of posts are bent and put out for jobCan work effectively with cross-functional departments as needConduct quality inspections using appropriate quality measurement tools (calipers, taps, angles)Maintenance of tooling and equipmentRequirements:Ability to work in a safe and professional manner while adhering to all safety and regulatory requirements.High School Diploma or equivalentExperience tube bending partsStrong understanding of basic math including decimals, fractions and metric systemProficient in English to communicate with fellow employees and follow work instructionsAbility to use the required hand tools, power tools, and cutting machines in the assembly processCan effectively use measuring instruments such as a tape measureDetail oriented with large emphasis on accuracyAbility to work in high pressure situations under deadlinesPreferred Skills and Experience:Experience working with Stainless Steel Tubes (thin-walled and thick-walled tubing)Well versed in manufacturing of complex tube assembliesExperience with 3D tube bendsCertified Production Technician (NCMIT graduate) preferred
