This opportunity lets you help manufacture quality products, support production goals, and contribute to a team that keeps operations running safely and efficiently.Education Requirements:High school diploma or GED preferred.Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.Experience Requirements:Previous manufacturing and/or machine operation experience preferred.Experience using hand tools and measuring devices preferred.Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.Basic math skills, including decimal calculations.Job Duties:Prepare metal rods and tubes for cleaning, swaging, and draw bench operations.Set up and operate draw bench equipment to process metal materials.Position dies and materials according to specifications.Monitor machine operation and adjust settings as needed.Apply lubricants and coatings to materials during processing.Cut metal materials using chop saws and other equipment when required.Inspect finished products to verify quality and specifications.Move materials throughout the facility as needed.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Assist with additional department and production tasks as assigned.Physical Capabilities:Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.Steel-toed boots required.Benefits:Competitive Weekly PayComprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.Life and Disability Insurance for added peace of mind.Optional 401(k) Plan to help you prepare for the future.Safety-Focused Manufacturing Environment with opportunities for advancement and skill development.About Us:At Staffmark, we connect hardworking people with great companies, creating opportunities that make a lasting impact.
