Base Pay Range
$20.00/hr - $22.00/hr
Hours & Schedule
Part-time and full‑time hours: Monday‑Friday between the hours of 8 am‑6:30 pm or 1 pm‑7 pm.
About the Role
The Behavioral Therapist position at In STEPPS offers an opportunity to work one‑on‑one with children with autism in their home, clinics, or schools. You will help them develop life skills necessary to succeed through our fun and playful intervention model using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT).

Responsibilities
- Work 1:1 with clients using ABA and PRT strategies
- Complete data collection, in‑service notes, and procedures as outlined by supervisors
- Participate in all trainings, evaluations, and team meetings
- Communicate frequently and effectively with team members
- Bring required materials as needed (toys, iPad, etc. provided by In STEPPS)
- Follow schedule as determined by administrative staff and supervisors
- Comply with all reporting requirements of the company, including administrative, payroll, and billing information, on a timely basis
Requirements
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Reliable car, proof of auto insurance, and valid driver’s license required
- Clean criminal background check
- Six months of experience in an ABA position preferred or experience in a similar field
