nJob Summary
nWe are seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Therapist to provide high-quality virtual mental health services to clients residing in the State of Maryland. This role is fully remote and ideal for clinicians who are passionate about culturally responsive care and flexible telehealth delivery.
nResponsibilities
nPerform intakes and assessments
nCreate individualized treatment plans for each client
nProvide individual (and/or group) psychotherapy via secure telehealth platforms Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with Maryland regulations Deliver culturally competent, trauma-informed care to diverse populations Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams as needed Adhere to HIPAA, ethical standards, and state licensing requirements
nQualifications
nActive, unrestricted Maryland clinical license, such as:
nLCSW-C (Licensed Certified Social Worker–Clinical)
nLCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor)
nLMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist)
nLicensed Psychologist
nFluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
nMaster’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
nExperience providing psychotherapy to adults, children, and/or families
nComfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
nPreferred Qualifications
nExperience in virtual/telehealth settings
nFamiliarity with Maryland Medicaid and/or commercial insurance documentation
nSpecialties such as trauma, anxiety, depression, family systems, or multicultural counseling
