Build a Career.Behavioral Innovations is hiring Entry-Level Behavioral Technicians / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide clinic-based ABA therapy to children with autism. Whether you're new to ABA or already certified, we provide paid training, BCBA supervision, and a clear path for career growth.Schedule: Centers operate 8am–6pm, Monday–Friday, plus occasional half-day Saturdays.

Full-time preferred; part-time requires open availability within these hours and at least 25 hrs/week (may vary by center).What You'll DoProvide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months–10 years)Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervisionCollect and record behavioral dataSupport skill development, communication, and social interactionParticipate in training, supervision, and team collaborationMaintain a safe, clean therapy environmentPay & Career GrowthHourly Pay:Entry Level (during training): $15.00/hrRBT I (1–3 months certified): $16.00/hrRBT II (3–6 months certified): $16.50/hrRBT III (6–9 months certified): $18.00/hrRBT IV (9–12 months certified): $19.00/hrRBT V (12+ months certified): $20.00/hrSenior RBT (12+ months at BI, client count dependent): $21.00/hrFuture BCBA Career Path: ABA Intern ? Lead RBT ? ABA Apprentice ? BCBA ?
